Dr. Aravind Ravindran is setting up free online meditation sessions. The session are starting from Friday, 20 March, between 8:00 pm and 8:30 pm every day.
“I am setting up a live fb link to teach meditation and relaxation starting this friday at 8pm. This will be a half an hour session. This is open for anyone who is interested and are free sessions. I do see a lot of stress and anxiety among colleagues and our staff. Hope this would be of some help. You can spread the word around if you feel it would be beneficial to anyone. ”
