Please find below a link that provides information on an opportunity for 100 SPs and 100 GPs to participate in the 2021 Virtual IHI National Forum. Applicants will be considered on a first come, first served basis, with priority given to those who have not attended before. Note the deadline to apply to the scholarship is November 5th.
